Support & Call Centre

ThinDeskTM provides support for all users including a real time ticket system, email and call centre. We also provide onsite maintenance. However, because thin client desktops and laptops are stateless devices, it is rare to have the device fail. In the unlikely event that a thin client does happen to die, plug in another and keep on working on the same file! Also, because your information is hosted in a world-class data centre there are fewer server maintenance issues or problems.
