From our Management Control Centre, we monitor and manage all server based services for your desktop on the Thin Computing infrastructure. To protect your environment from outside viruses and malware attacks commonly found on stand alone PC based networks, we fashion a centralized environment that includes software lock-down of PCs or laptops, and the use of thin clients. You may want us to manage your desktops in one or all of your offices. You may already have a centralized computing program and want to continue managing your data while leaving the desktop to us. Once we determine the best solution for you, ThinDeskTM can be flexible and create a tailored-to-measure working relationship.

  • Efficient Management  
    Because all management activities are centralized, we lower your costs virtually eliminating downtime for fixes.  We provide a more disciplined program of ensuring that all devices on the system are running the appropriate programs with the latest versions. Only with these disciplines in place can one really effect meaningful collaboration.

  • Thin Clients  
    In the past few years, thin clients have gained international acceptance as a low cost, highly secure central server based alternative to PCs. Until recently, there were limitations, such as running applications requiring unusually high processing power like CAD, large data bases or video. These shortfalls have now been eliminated. ThinDeskTM Desktop provides each desktop with the skill-set needed to ensure superior user experience regardless of apps or requirements. ThinDeskTM Office Manager (TOM) includes streaming manager software that allows us to direct specific applications to identified desktops. So if more power is needed or video is a required, regardless of the device, (PC/laptop/thin client) we can deliver the full efficiency of the application while keeping intact the control and costs benefits of centralized management.


  • Support Helpdesk  
    At ThinDeskTM, we provide a comprehensive service desk which centralizes all requests through our ticketing system and special “hot line” call features.  You have full 24/7 access to our helpdesk communicators.
