Until recently, there were limitations, such as running applications requiring unusually high processing power like CAD, large data bases or video. These shortfalls have now been eliminated. ThinDeskTM Desktop provides each desktop with the skill-set needed to ensure superior user experience regardless of apps or requirements. ThinDeskTM Office Manager (TOM) includes streaming manager software that allows us to direct specific applications to identified desktops. So if more power is needed or video is a required, regardless of the device, (PC/laptop/thin client) we can deliver the full efficiency of the application while keeping intact the control and costs benefits of centralized management.
