Enterprise Back Up is performed daily, weekly and monthly and taken offsite from the TELUS data centre. Off site storage rotations are an integral aspect of the recovery program. More elaborate Business Continuity practices can include separate data centre support, including integration with your centre. We strictly adhere to policies and practices and are internally audited to ensure reliability.

Uptime and performance of the network as well as servers and desktops is all part of our core service.
