Company Background

In the early 2000’s a group of thin computing experts formulated a proof of concept which became ThinDesk in 2006. The solution was moved to leading edge technology in 2007 with the support of TELUS. ThinDesk’s customer desktop world became fully virtualized at that point running on VMware inside a SAS70 world-class TELUS data center.

In late 2009, ThinDesk entered a Branding and Sales Agreement that allows TELUS to offer through its national sales network the ThinDesk Solution to TELUS Customers.

ThinDesk also has the skill set of the traditional Managed Service Provider, offering PC support and transition services (PC to Virtualization) that are required by our customers.
